· Tender documents prepared to reflect the various portions/sections of the works were appropriate.  This can assist in the analysis of the works, permit more specific pricing by the tenderers and aid prompt preparation of the final account for that portion of the works.

 

· We will ensure that we have supplied staff on site to carry out any necessary remeasurements and valuations of variations as the works proceeds.  In effect we will commit the required resources to the project.

 

· We possess dedicated computerised software and information technology to provide a high level of service.

 

· Cost estimates, cost planning and cost checking services will be provided during the design stage and techniques of value engineering, cost modelling and life cycle costing can be employed.  Time, cost and quality factors will be constantly evaluated in our service to the Client.  We will regularly take account of proposals made by the other members of the design team and their effects with both the design and construction programmes.

 

· During the implementation stages site meetings will be attended.   Interim valuations will be prepared and carried out by this practice – not by the main contractor.

 

· Cost control will be maintained throughout the implementation stage and a final account promptly prepared by this Practice.
